We understand that everyone starts somewhere. Asbury Park Fitness offers a FREE 1-on-1 class held with a coach.
They'll guide you through the format of a traditional Kings Class and get an idea of your goals so the staff can support your needs.
Youth fitness is very important to us at Kings. Children ages 6 and up can expect to develop crucial physical skills that will help build a strong foundation for any exercise they choose to pursue later in life.
Led by USAW-certified fitness professionals, this class is specifically designed to improve your technique and strength in the Olympic lifts Snatch and Clean and Jerk.
